Joseph Barkley, Pastor of Radias Church in Los Angeles writes an excellent post for Send Los Angeles about the benefit of larger church gatherings and how they have seen God use those services to change lives. He gives three habits that all churches larger or small should follow.
“By applying excellence to everything we do, we are telling people that they are worth it, and we can be trusted. Excellence isn’t perfection. Perfection is an unattainable goal that values results over people. Excellence is an approach to everything you do (big or small, grandiose or intimate) that communicates the value of people.”
